You will be an integral part of our passionate Sales and Marketing team driving growth in China under this portfolio. You will collaborate closely with our enthusiastic internal stakeholders and external trade partners (including online, offline and interline partners) to advance our sales plans towards meeting the company's revenue goals. This is an exciting opportunity to shape our presence in one of the most dynamic travel markets in the world.</span></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span lang="EN-US">Key responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to enhance the airline's position in the market.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, partners, corporates, tourism authority, and travel industry arena.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Collaborate with travel agents (online and offline) and distribution partners to expand, manage and optimize sales channels.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Provide actionable market insights and competitors analysis to inform strategic decision and identify growth opportunities.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Propose and implement effective sales initiatives and promotional campaigns to meet revenue objectives. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Liaison with Head Office to resolve agent queries, booking issues and operational challenges efficiently.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Identify and recommend strategic trade partnership and promotional opportunities to boost sales.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Engage travel agencies and corporate clients to promote Scoot's MICE offerings in China. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Monitor agency performances across channels and develop strategies to enhance collaboration and sales outcomes. </p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Utilise analytics tools to craft robust cost-effective business plans to maximize revenue and optimize distribution efficiency.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Collaborate with other Commercial departments in the company to achieve the company’s strategic and commercial objectives.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong><span lang="EN-US">Requirements:</span></strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Degree, with relevant Sales/Commercial experience in Aviation.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Experience in working as a team and proven track record of successful sales in a regional-level portfolio.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Analytical and articulate, able to remain calm under pressure.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Comfortable working with ambiguity and without complete information.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Aviation enthusiast and passionate about what the company stands for.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Self-starter, hands-on and strong team player, able to inspire others positively.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• To be based in China and willing to travel within China and to HQ in Singapore.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">• Sound commercial acumen to pursue sales opportunities, backed by strong analytical and operational skills.</p>
