The role is also responsible for optimisation of Corporate, Agency and Digital sales programs. Additionally, the role serves as a strong liaison between the region and Head Office (HO) to formulate commercial strategies, including pricing strategies, proactive sales campaigns, new products design and incentives management, and to ensure smooth execution as well as performance tracking and learning improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1、Strategic Focus 1）Partner with Revenue Management (RMO), Sales and Distribution (SND), and Planning (PLN) teams to set and achieve strategies and targets. 2）Adopt data-driven approach to support commercial strategies. 3）Formulate strategies to maximize customer willingness to pay. 4）Assist in commercial budget planning to optimize revenue and costs. 5）Conduct regular reviews of action plans and make necessary adjustments. 6）Maintain awareness of the competitive environment and market intelligence. 2、Revenue Generation and Business Development 1）Provide local insights for pricing strategies. 2）Monitor pricing strategy effectiveness and initiate changes when needed. 3）Ensure local strategies align with HO revenue and distribution strategies. 4）Analyze and share market intelligence with HO RMO. 5）Propose and evaluate local sales campaigns. 6）Prepare fare parameters for corporate products and align with HO SND. 7）Oversee post-fare operations and manage ad-hoc fare proposals. 3、Business Intelligence and Analytical Tool Management 1）Ensure effective use of internal and external BI tools – e.g. MIDT, DDS, PRISM, QlikSense. 2）Develop reports and dashboards to identify market opportunities. 3）Understand internal datasets and external BI tools for analysis. 4）Provide guidance on report generation and ensure timely performance reports. 5）Provide feedback for BI tool enhancements. 4、Incentive and Distribution Management 1）Evaluate distribution landscape and devise local incentive strategies. 2）Lead negotiation for incentives budgeting. 3）Track regional incentive budget usage and propose improvements. 4）Identify sales opportunities through incentive performance data. 5）Formulate and achieve offline market distribution strategies. 6）Lead fare product strategy for diverse passenger segments. 7）Review and implement agency policy, minimizing abuse. 5、People Development and Performance Management 1）Plan team resources and manage external parties. 2）Develop and motivate staff for high performance, creating a succession plan. 3）Foster a positive team spirit and ensure the right talent is in place. 4）Mentor direct reports and lead by example. 5）Identify learning opportunities and enhance employee experience. 6）Engage with employees to align with department goals. 6、General 1）Assist in designing a customer-centric strategy for regional markets. 2）Bridge HO departments and regional teams for market intelligence exchange. 3）Convey HO strategic direction and promote a data-driven approach. 4）Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested. 7、E&A Responsibility Emergency, Accident, and Crisis Response as required.
