<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0.0001pt; font-size: 12pt; font-family: Aptos; background-color: #ffffff; line-height: 1.8;"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size: 11pt;">2+ years in a contact centre or reservations office environment within the airline or travel industry or completion of a Diploma/Degree in Travel and Tourism.</span></p>
