<p style="line-height: 1.8;">Work together with VP and Sales Managers of all stations to design and implement an Sales strategy for corporate accounts, ensuring that it is effective and consistent with the corporate guidelines. You will be responsible to achieve corporate sales targets. </p>

<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Clearly define, document and implement a Corporate Sales Strategy to acquire accounts as per the target set. </p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Develop key Corporate Accounts, draw an annual Account Development plan, continually evaluate and analyse performance of these accounts and ensure that the plan is implemented. Develop and evaluate corporate deal proposals based on traffic potential, seasonality, competition etc., and advice a course of action ensuring incremental revenue.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Monitor market trends and competitor activities with a view to providing a higher standard of service to Corporate Clients in order to sustain and improve market share. Advice the VP of the market situation based on information received and assist in the development of new products, pricing strategies and ways to counter competition.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Implement the sales philosophy, including policies, sales quotas and goals in agreement with VP to achieve the short and long-term revenue growth strategy for corporates. Analyse the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of situations and develop long-term approaches and objectives based on the above findings and identify corporate businesses with potential for further growth. </p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Develop and implement consistent and appropriate sales and promotion plans customized for corporate accounts to increase revenue from them. Co-ordinate the distribution of quality marketing and promotional collateral and material. Participate in the preparation of operating budgets for the department. Manage sales and promotion activities within approved budgets, according to management policies and guidelines to maximise the usage of resources, controlling costs and increasing profitability.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• To assist in the development of value-added products for implementation in the local market in order to further optimize and enhance revenue </p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• In coordination with the Sales Managers, ensure that all corporate accounts are prioritised, regularly visited and professionally handled by the sales team to increase revenue and gain market share. Provide and maintain a high standard of customer service and develop appropriate work procedures to ensure best service to the customer. Ensure that existing business is retained by developing, maintaining and improving long term relationships with the corporate clients.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Resolve operational and reservations issues from corporates related product or disruptions or customer complaints involving individual sales personnel</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• To prepare weekly, monthly and annual sales reports and constant monitoring of market trends and competitor activities in order to ensure that Head Office is kept informed of local conditions.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• To liaise with marketing and tariff units and other passenger service-related departments and all station Sales Manager of Emirates to ensure well integrated sales effort.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.8;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Knowledge/skills: </span></p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Proven track record in the leisure industry of which minimum 3 years should be at a management level.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Expertise in selling of airline, tour operators or hotel products, together with an excellent knowledge of geography and a clear understanding of the tourism industry. Sound knowledge of MS office applications and any tour operating software will be an advantage.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• An excellent track record in developing, implementing and controlling budgets.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Should be an analytical thinker with a high degree of initiative to keep pace with market trends and develop appropriate innovative strategies.</p>

<p style="line-height: 1.8;">Responsible for Emirates E-Commerce (Emirates.com and OTA) revenue streams and activities in their respective Markets. Exploit the Internet as a sales, business development and customer interaction tool to reach the Commercial objectives set for the market. Work closely with the local Emirates Sales team to develop a localised E Commerce sales strategy including, direct marketing, pricing and management of all online activities. Manage and exploit all online Emirates functionality to increase usage in the local market. Management of all Emirates online products for direct consumers. </p>

<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• In conjunction with the area/sales manager, implement and manage E-Commerce sales channels and strategies for Emirates.com and online travel agents.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Promote the development and implementation of an online pricing strategy to achieve online sales targets in conjunction with the local Sales organization and the Pricing department. Liaise with all internal/ external stakeholders regularly to ensure all online campaign/channel activity initiatives are properly identified, communicated, planned, executed and measured and does comply with the local legal requirements. Co-ordinate with E-Commerce and Global Leisure Sales EGHQ on all offers. Continuously monitor competitor activity and review the pricing strategy to ensure the value proposition of the E-Commerce channel.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Developing of market specific strategy to increase direct online sales, include management of eBase, e-mail communication, etc. Identify and manage business development relationships to increase online sales. Expand and manage local OTA Commercial relationships. Leverage the relationships to develop and implement activity to increase OTA revenue and market share. Implement commercial contracts and ensure that these and existing agreements are maintained and administered in a professional manner. Manage and ensure local incentive payments are dealt with promptly. </p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Identify direct connect opportunities with OTAs and develop strategy to optimise distribution costs and efficiencies.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Ensure smooth implementation and commercialization of all new online features and products in the local market. E.g. Online check-in, closed user group functionality, manage my booking etc. Ensure all fulfilment and payment processes are implemented, supported and managed according to guidelines set by E-Commerce EK HQ.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• With Corporate Communications manage online content of the local Emirates.com website. Updates of the campaign management tool and Salesforce.com with all online activities. Ensure the agreed Corporate Communications policy and process is adhered to for all OTA marketing/media activity.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Development of the annual Sales and Marketing Plan for the local E-Commerce market. Creation of monthly and weekly report to E-Commerce and Global Leisure Sales HQ. Share knowledge and experience gained in local market across the network.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Ensure that assigned secondary markets are properly serviced from a strategic point of view. In cooperation with the local office, design a country strategy, setting KPI’s, continuously review activities, report on performance and actively advise on opportunities leading to higher Online penetration.</p>
<p style="line-height: 1.8;">• Develop and manage online Commercial Relationships within the Affiliate marketing program. Leverage the relationships to develop and implement activity to increase online conversions. Implement commercial contracts and ensure that these and existing agreements are maintained and administered in a professional manner.
