Coordinate all Training products in the relevant area (North Asia).

Responsibilities

Coordination includes, amongst other tasks:

  • Managing the customer (whether CEO or entry-level) relationship: thanks to an in-depth knowledge of ITDI’s portfolio (300+ courses) and policies, answer any question and provide proactive guidance to ensure a high level of customer service (including visa invitation letters and certificate/diploma issuance) and return business.
  • Organizing the designated instructor’s travel and accommodation (choosing and booking hotel and flights and managing visa applications)
  • Getting the course material received electronically from the Product Manager (PM) printed and, together with relevant publications, shipped to the training location (including custom clearance)
  • Liaising with the course venue to ensure proper set-up
  • Be the single point of contact for assigned RTPs , including course coordination as above, guidance and suggestion on course scheduling or other improvements so as to maximize revenue.
  • Collect fees and follow up on outstanding debt for all assigned courses, and follow up with Finance on payment application. Provide feedback and status on aged items to the Credit Manager.
  • Follow through to finalization on a minimum of 5 own commercial leads for in-company courses (or similar contracts) .
  • Carry out any special project assigned. These projects vary depending on needs and include:
  1. Document, communicate and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines and templates for ITDI.
  2. Create a training kit for new hires
  3. Communication tasks (product sheets, webpages…) and back-up
  4. Management of instructors’ task orders in SAP (1000+ a year)
  5. Management of instructors’ contracts in SAP (100+ a year)
  6. Management of misc. POs in SAP (printing, hotels etc…)
  7. Management of the ITDI-IATF relationship, including all financial, administrative and logistics aspects
  8. Management of BIITCo overseas trainings, including all financial, administrative and logistics aspects
  • Be ITDI’s Learning Management System champion user (technical issues, account creation, improvement prioritization…)
  • Manage feedback surveys from participants
  • Coordinate social events for the team
  • Coordinate bad debt reconciliation activities and data
  • Manage ITDI’s supplies’ inventory

Qualifications And Skills

  • University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; persistent and positive can-do approach
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to think openly, imaginatively and creatively; must enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment;
  • Excellent English skills (verbal & written), knowledge of other languages is an asset.
  • Highly computer literate: fully familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
