Turkish Airlines is looking for a Corporate Helpdesk Representative

土耳其航空正在招聘企业客户服务代表

· Provide pre and post-sales support for corporate agencies and corporate customers.

为企业客户和差旅管理代理提供售前以及售后服务

· Provide information for ticketing and fare rules.

提供专业的票务咨询服务

· Evaluate customer complaints and forward them to relevant departments. Follow up on their responses to the customers.

预审投诉案件并与相关部门协调处理投诉,跟进投诉案件并与客户反馈处理结果

· Provide Miles & Smiles supports to the customers. Give information about latest developments about the benefits and updates about the program.

为客户提供常旅客计划产品支持,及时为客户更新常旅客计划的动态

· Contact potential corporate customers and inform them about Turkish Corporate Club.

联系潜在企业客户并推荐土耳其航空企业客户产品

· Coordinate special requests from customers with relevant departments.

与相关部门协调处理客户特殊需求

· Check filing and report problems to relevant departments

运价测试并将问题报告给相关部门

· Effectively work to ensure corporate customer satisfaction via providing after sales support

有效的为企业客户提供售后服务支持

Job Qualification

职位要求

· Location: Beijing

工作地点:北京

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Sales or preferably, travel related fields interacting extensively with customers

两年以上企业客户服务经验或者差旅管理公司客户服务经验

· Effective communication skills and well-developed interpersonal capacity

有较强的沟通以及协调能力

· Ability to multi-task

能同事胜任所交付的多种工作

· Ability to perform well in cross-functional team environment

能胜任于多部门交叉职能的工作环境

· Must be fluent in Mandarin and English

良好的普通话以及英文沟通能力

· Fluent in Cantonese is an asset

会广东方言者优先
