马来西亚国际航空招聘 In-house Sales Support Executive

Role Purpose

 

The Role of In-house Sales Support Executive is to provide support to the Sales team in initiatives, promotions and marketing activities to achieve revenue targets in the respective stations.  

 

Key Accountabilities

Balanced Scorecard   Dimension / KRA Weightage

To ensure   achievement of the revenue sales target in accordance with company commercial   and marketing objective

       Liaise with Revenue Management/Reservations & Finance department   relating to pricing, fare-filing and ticketing procedures

       Conduct regular benchmarking of airfares and fare proposals to ensure   product competitiveness.

       Ensure accurate tracking and monitoring of Tactical Advertising   Spend, Consumer Directed Promotion and Trade Directed Spend. 

       Consolidate sales and marketing reports for stations.

       Maintain and update all IATA agents data (agency personnel / address /telephone / website /email /   ticket stock available in the GDS.

       File promotional and market fares with SITA New Generation Airfare   Insights System (NGAI).

       Prepare regular communications circulars/trade release for travel   agents informing them of MH promotions and latest update in procedures.

Financial

Support   the Sales team with stakeholders through product briefings and joint sales   visits.

Process/People

Travel   Trade Satisfaction and Corporate Client Satisfaction

Customer Experience

Support   the Sales team & HQ Group Processing team in Group booking requests.
