Turkish Airlines is looking for a Corporate Helpdesk Representative
Job location: Beijing
Scope of Duty:
· Provide pre and post-sales support for corporate agencies and corporate customers via phone.
· Provide information for ticketing and fare rules.
· Evaluate customer complaints and forward them to relevant departments. Follow up on their responses to the customers.
· Provide Miles & Smiles supports to the customers. Give information about latest developments about the benefits and updates about the program.
· Assist to develop potential corporate and inform them about Turkish Corporate Club.
· Coordinate special requests from customers with relevant departments.
· Check filing and report problems to relevant departments
· Effectively work to ensure corporate customer satisfaction via providing after sales support
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in aviation or travel management related fields.
· University graduate or equivalent
· Effective communication skills and well-developed interpersonal capacity
· Must be fluent in English; Fluency in Cantonese or other language will be preferential
· Proficient in PC applications
